CCS 50th Anniversary Celebration

This is a multi-event celebration of Coosa Christian School's 50th Anniversary. 

We are excited to provide an opportunity for all Coosa Christian alumni and former students to connect and celebrate. 

There is a fee for the golf tournament, but the rest of the events are sponsored by the Coosa Christian Alumni Association and are free of charge.

Friday - 9/16/2022

 CONQUEROR ATHLETICS TOUR | CCS CONQUERORS VS VALLEY HEAD 

5 - 7 PM Our commencement event for the weekend will be an Alumni Hospitality Room set up from 5-7pm. There will be a tour of the Athletic Facilities as well as a slideshow of our athletic department over the years. Refreshment will be served.

7 PM Afterward, please join us in cheering on the Coosa Christian High School Conquerors as they take on Valley Head! Throughout the game, different CCS alumni groups will be announced.

Saturday 9/17/2022

 GOLF TOURNAMENT | FAMILY EVENT | 50TH ANNIVERSARY REUNION 

7 AM - ~1 PM First, join us for a little friendly competition with a round of golf (Twin Bridges Golf Course). Each class will arrange their team if possible. We will be playing 18 holes! There will be an awards ceremony at the Family Meet & Greet at 1:00 PM. Click here for golf tournament registration. (Please note, this link is registration for the golf tournament only. 12 PM - 3 PM Next, gather your families and join us for the meet and greet.  Take a tour of our school facilities, meet some of the current staff and Coosa family. A lunch of hamburgers and hot dogs will be served. There will be inflatables for the children.

6 - 8 PM To end the evening, Coosa Christian School will be hosting all alumni and former students for a meal and conference. We will hear from speakers Mike Davis (Scholarships for Kids), Jason Ellen (Coosa alumnus and current pastor at The Church at Wills Creek), and Amanda Justus (current CCS Administrator). Dinner will be catered by Tre Ragazzi’s.

Sunday 9/18/2022

 WORSHIP & FELLOWSHIP @ THE CHURCH AT WILLS CREEK 

10:30 AM - 12 PM Join us for worship and fellowship at The Church at Wills Creek. Special music will be led by a group of CCS Alumni and current CCS students. Mr. Davis will teach a “Bible class”. We will also introduce some of the CCS alumni who are now in the ministry.
